Good to know

  • The same thing pays once a day. Pick another lesson, game or word to keep earning.
  • Lessons you made yourself (written by AI or imported from YouTube) are private, so they do not pay XP. This keeps the ranking fair.
  • Voice calls in a golden hour (13:00 and 20:00 UTC) pay double.
  • A day ends at midnight in your own time zone.
  • Each language has its own XP. There is no limit on the XP you can earn in a day.

Questions about XP

Why did I not get XP for something I did?
XP is paid once a day for each lesson, game or word, and an action can pay only a set number of times a day. A very short session, a low score and your own lessons do not pay either. You also need to be logged in.
Where can I see my XP?
In the top bar, on your dashboard and on your profile. They also count for the weekly, monthly and all-time ranking.
Does XP expire?
No. XP you earned stays on your account.
Do Free and Premium earn the same XP?
Yes. Everyone earns the same XP for the same thing.
