What is TOPIK?
TOPIK (Test of Proficiency in Korean) is the standard Korean test for non-native speakers. Its public word list has two tiers: TOPIK I (beginner) and TOPIK II (intermediate and above).

Is it free?

Word lists: the TOPIK public word list (topik.go.kr, 2015) and the learners' vocabulary list of the National Institute of the Korean Language (2003), combined by the open-source project combined_korean_vocabulary_list (MIT licence for its code).
